Thousands of tasty and wholesome breakfasts, lunches and dinners are made with care in fully-equipped kitchen by our skilled catering staff every year because we know how important excellent nourishment and an appetising meals are to our residents and tenants.
Meal times are a highly anticipated part of the day and we base our menu on fresh, seasonal produce so each menu cycle is four weeks. Typical dishes from our autumnal menu include wholesome hotpots, warming casseroles or frittatas, with chicken and basil stew, braised marrow and mustard mash an ever popular choice. For summer, our lighter yet substantial menu includes our much loved chicken and prawn melt, accompanied with sweet mange tout or our signature chef's salad.
We enjoy keeping things interesting with our regular specials, which help to celebrate calendar events such as Burns' Night or which take inspiration from far flung corners of the world. We are experienced in catering for the wide range of diets needed to keep people as healthy as possible, including vegetarian, gluten and dairy free. We offer specialist menu planning for these diets.
